Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.00pm Eastern Standard Time. Our Customer Service Representatives will take your orders and answer any questions you might have. After hours fax, answering machine or email will take your orders and messages.
Those orders and messages will be handled at the beginning of the next business day.
We require a minimum order of $ 50.00 except backorders.
Our payment policy is strictly Net 30 Days. Past due accounts will be assessed a SERVICE CHARGE of 1½ % monthly. Failure to pay current invoices and interest charges will result in the delay of shipments and placement of the account on a COD ONLY status.
All new account orders will be COD, Prepaid or Credit Card. You may prepay by cheque. We accept Visa and Master Card when placing an order and for 30 days after the invoice date. A copy of your dealer application and sales tax certificate must be on file before orders will be filled. Terms will only be considered after total purchases exceed $ 2000.00 within the first year, and upon approval of a complete credit
A returned cheque charge of $ 25.00 will be placed on any and all returned cheques. We reserve the right to hold shipping on all overdue accounts.
We will backorder items only if we expect a new supply of the item within a reasonable amount of time of your original order. Be advised
that 80% of the products we carry are imported items and backorders may therefore be lengthy. If you do not wish backorders, please advise NO BACKORDERS on your order.
Returns Policy Guidelines
100% Satisfaction Guaranteed means just that. If you receive any product you are not 100% satisfied with, just return it within 10 days in its original condition, prepaid by regular mail. Prior to your return, please call for an RA number. All returned goods must be accompanied by documentation including item number, description, invoice date and number and reason for return.
All freight damage claims must be made with the carrier. For Purolator shipments contact Purolator (1-800-387-3027). Do not return damaged parcels to CAN-PRO Horse Equipment. Save original packaging to present to the carrier.
ALL short shipments and pricing errors must be reported within 5 days of delivery.
Under no circumstances will freight charges be credited unless item is defective or an error has been made in order entry or shipping.
Under no circumstances will any customer be credited for special orders.
There is a 5% restocking fee for returned orders where CAN-PRO is not at fault.
Please do not deduct any returns or shortages from your payments. You will be issued a credit note.
Special orders are subject to a 50% deposit.
All shipments are made FOB our warehouse. We ship Purolator. If you desire a particular method other than ground, please indicate this when you order.
All Prices Are Subject To Change Without Notice. All previous price lists are void. All orders accepted subject to our ability to supply items.We strongly suggest you check prices and availability with us before quoting to your customers.
Imported goods are susceptible to price changes. We regret we are not responsible for errors in pricing in this catalog and/or price list.
